Sonic Drive-In

Came here an hour before they closed, and nobody was responding to the pull up menus or at the drive thru window. I even saw an employee take out the trash, and still nobody after 20 minutes. Horrible staff

Imelda. What are ray of sunshine in a world where almost everybody that works in fast food is either rude or just dismissive to customers thank you for making this a great experience

Been waiting here 30 minutes now.. at a Sonic. This is ridiculous. Won't come back

First time I have tried Sonics and probably the last. The service was alright but defiantly not up to par with other places, but the major thing for me was the food. The food I got was not good at all, the Garlic butter bacon burger had to much garlic and left a very strong unpleasant after taste plus the onion rings I got were cold when I got them.

Super rude very disappointed with the service. Very young untrained kids working this location. I grew up in the restaurant business and have been in Customer service for over 15 years and this is the worst experience eve. It’s not hard to serve some fried food and ice cream. If you hardly put anything in my sonic blast and it’s all ice cream and I ask you politely to add more and you tell me to order a large and you’re fine with me not coming back instead of just making it right?! You’re a bunch of idiots

We order chicken sandwiches and onions rings and hamburger and corn dog. Horrible!! The chicken was crusty and dry!! When I took the manager she yelled at me and slam it down into the trash can!! The customer service is horrible!!!I I wish I could a negative 100 because I would!!

Went here on Saturday 3/9 at 9:20pm and was completely ignored at the order kiosk AND the window. I waited at the kiosk for atleast 5 mins and spoke into it to no avail. Then waited at the window for another 5 mins and was ignored when I could see the woman working inside.This is after I watched the car infront of us get their order. Very dissapointed, never going back to this location.

Perfect Family Chill Spot.. I say try out the new General Manager And new management since February of 2024.. I promise you won't be disappointed
