Sonic Drive-In

Got a supersonic breakfast burrito this morning had no sausage no tater tots my tomatoes were not chopped up had like two pieces of onion but called the manager and they said that they would we make it anytime they did not give me a hassle so I appreciate that part of it and I usually love Sonic I guess everybody has an off day

If I could give the overall rating a zero I would. I got to this location around 12:45pm and wait until 1:10pm just to not get helped. I tried to get the lady that was inside to come out to ask a question, and no one helped me multiple people left not being helped (as I was one of them) the location was also hard to find the sign for the sonic logo wasn't there. This site needs to be better managed.

I pull up at 11:30 sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes and one of employees look at me and then shuts all the lights off and doesn't answer when i pull up so i go to the stand and hit the red button and still doesn't answer horrible place

Employees don't care about the customers. Ordered food at 8:30 via app. Showed up at 8:45 pm. The server came out saying that they didn't have bacon. Which then asked for refund so I can go to different sonic. Guy said they can't do that cause ordered thru app. Then asked what are options. He said we can get you something else or your burritos no bacon. & just caught at me, the customer. Then did not bring out food for 30 minutes. But overheard employee say that he's still out here. Feel & refund is needed for quality of food for having to wait for 30 minutes instead of refunding. This location has had a broken sign for over 1 year and doesn't care for appearance. Giving Sonic a bad rap for the quality of customer service.

This Sonic is kinda hidden from view as you drive on Indian School Rd. Place is almost empty during the weekday, so you don't have to worry about crowds when getting your food. Plenty of parking ️ spots when eating there or can use the drive thru for take out. The flavor on some of the food items is no longer there. Wait time is sometimes too long. Parking: Plenty of parking.

chili cheese dog was cold when i got it. service sucked took forever for a drink n cheese dog. worker at the window gave unnecessary attitude. seemed like a new worker.
