Review based on one instance on 12/21/23 at around 5:50 p.m. Either the individual on the other end of the microphone was playing tricks on me, or he needs better equipment for recording audio. Three times I asked for my burger without ketchup, he insisted, saying "it comes with ketchup!" Eventually, I gave up enquiring. The carhop made a hilarious addition by asking if I wanted extra ketchup when he dropped me my food. I'm sitting here enjoying a burger and some ketchup. Not a big deal, but it could have been prevented. Edit: the fries are quite cold and crunchy. Edit2: Regaining one star. A cheesecake smoothie tastes great. Provision of services

Long waits, missing items, Bridgett was rude and not helpful, management wouldn't replace missing items, offered $5 credit for a $7 burger.

I asked for no ketchup on my burger 3x and he kept replying “it comes with ketchup!” I eventually stopped asking. In a humorous addition, the carhop asked if I wanted additional ketchup when dropping off my food. So here I sit eating a burger with ketchup. Not a huge deal, but certainly avoidable. Edit: fries also rock hard and cold. Edit2: adding 1 star back. Cheesecake shake is amazing.

Service not servers fault. Like everybody else. Don't have people. These places are slowly putting their selves out of business. Management's fault, not servers.

Came here for an Uber eats order I was picking up for someone and the guy told me “I’m unable to fulfill the order I don’t have that order”. He claimed he was the supervisor, yet was rude and talking down to me over the speaker. All I was trying to do was my job. Rude for literally no reason. Unhelpful
