I don’t understand how you mess up an order that’s right infront of you.. poor attitude service sucks.. employees sit around playing. Sad

The wait in drive-thru was a bit slow, but I'm not complaining. The food was good as always tho.

This place should be shut down. I've been living in the area for 3 years now and I tried this location when I first moved here in 2020. Terrible. My husband wanted to try again today, 2023, and I hate I agreed. Burnt burger and milkshake is just ice cream in a cup. I knew it was too good to be true when they made the milkshake look decent. Only fast food worth eating around here is chick fil a which is sad.

Avoid this place at all cost. They have totally given up. Tuesday 7:35pm - 8:10pm alone in the drive thru. Order totally wrong. Thanks Dominique!

Best thing about this visit was my sweet sweet cashier BUT THIS FOOD IS A WHOLE OTHER STORY! Never have I received this poor of an order from this location…. Atrocious customer service with the drive-through worker, at least the manager was pleasant.

UPDATE: 14 Aug 2023 Yesterday I had excellent food and service with a smile. Tonight, I got neither. It was late and I grappled with writing this review. Sigh. I won't go late night again. It was obvious that she didn't want to be there and though I tried to be nice, she softened a bit, however, I won't go back after dark. 2023: I'm not certain why the food is always cold. It's been years since I've had an excellent HOT burger or hotdog here. I'll see a commercial, and once or twice a year (in the beginning, I went more than 4 times a week) I'll go, as I did today, only to be disappointed, even the tots were cold and all I did was to pull over into a stall to eat. SIGH This location has gone through a lot of challenges in the past not counting the pandemic. I suppose I have Covid to thank for the drive-thru only service. The drinks as always were very good.
