Don’t go to this sonic. They showed our order as being ready 10 minutes ago and haven’t brought us anything and aren’t responding. We’ve been sitting for a half hour. Even giving them the order was difficult. Very poorly run. It shouldn’t take a half hour to get drive thru- they weren’t busy, just no one is paying attention
Don’t order on your mobile app for this one. I ordered a soda and a sonic blast and came to the spot, checked in, waited 20 minutes, called on the red button to see if it was coming, she said it would be out soon, and it never came. Ended up going through the drive through because I couldn’t cancel the order since I had already paid. Worst experience ever just to get a soda.
I placed the order at 4:08 p.m. and the app said it would be ready at 4:14. P.m.. I got to the stall at 4:11, and checked in. And the screen at the stall. Both said that my order was ready at 4:13. I waited and waited, and at 4:20 I had to go find someone to retrieve my order. I heard arguing and profanities in the background as they tried to figure out whose fault it was. When I finally got my order, four slushes, they were melted. At that point I just wanted to leave so my kids didn't have to wait any longer or be exposed to the angry customer service workers any longer. I know I only spent $5, so it doesn't seem like a huge deal, but I was extremely disappointed.
Food great. Only negative for me is the software for the credit card reader on all menu boards. It is an embarassment to technology.
Wanted 5 bags of ice but learned it comes out of the machine and it takes time to load/make and they apparently they could only give out 2 that day. 2 bags of sonic ice +$7 #murica
Set for about 10 minutes waiting to order. Pressed the button multiple times with only 2 other cars there. Another car pulls up and instantly gets order taken.
