Literally always closed. Never answers the phone.
Best sonic experience, I’ve ever had. It definitely would not have happened without Crystal and her wonderful staff. Her and her staff gave extraordinary customer service. For starters, she answered the phone when I called the location to see if their ice cream machine is working and is there any made up payment conditions that they have going on. She asked me what would bring me to ask such questions and I explained to her how the Thornton Rd location is operating. Always saying their ice cream machine is down, missing parts, or it’s already been cleaned. However it’s like 7pm and they’re saying that they cleaned it already. When Crystal heard the story, she reassured me that’s not how her store operates and that I could come to her store. Which I did, once I got there and ordered my milkshake. Her and her staff provided fast and extraordinary customer service. Definitely, will always go to this location and so should everyone else, 10/10.

Does this mean they closed early tonight or they're closed for good? Never a good experience at this location, but we keep giving them a chance because it's the closest one.
This place sucks. I’m always having issues with this store. Never open when they are technically supposed to be open
This sonic is literally the worst sonic that I’ve ever been to. They are extremely slow and it appears that they only have two people working there the majority of the time, possibly three. Each time that I’ve gone there it’s taken me approximately 20 to 25 minutes to get food. There hasn’t been a time that I’ve been there that I haven’t seen at least 1 to 2 cars drive off because of poor(slow) service. I do not believe it’s because they are taking time to cook the food. I say this, because each time that I’ve gotten my food it’s cold or warm at best. The location is good however, it looks ran down and dirty. However, they do have a good score. It is my opinion that they need to obtain new management and/or hire more people to improve their service and the quality of the food when the customer receives it.
A while ago like months ago I was trying to pay for my food but the card machine didn’t work and a female employee walked out to get my order and food and she was very snappy and rude and was almost about to yell at me because it was my first time ordering sonic by myself and I was asking questions because I didn’t know how it worked and I felt embarrassed by her DO NOT GO HERE
There was an issue at the window but the new GM Crystal stepped in to help & said she’ll be making some great changes here going forward
