Argument over a drink. Today I ordered breakfast and lunch for my son. I ordered two apple juices. While I was looking through the food, I could not find the other apple juice. And I figured that the lady, her name is Sonia, had forgotten to give me the drink. I just could not remember taking it from her. So I asked her for another juice because I could not find the one that she had given me. But instead she was like, " I already gave you a juice when you ordered it with the meal, I gave you two juices one with blank and then the other one with blank. So you should have two". And I'm I said I'm sorry but I don't it. I could tell by her face and her tone of voice that she was very irritated because she was trying to prove a point, and so she turned around without saying another word and I assumed that she was going to go get the juice. I could not believe that she was sitting there arguing with me about ONE juice that I had asked for. And instead of apologizing and saying "oh I'm so sorry about that, I'll go get you one", she seemed irritable and angry that I didn't have the juice that she gave me. So instead waiting for an angry person to give me the one thing that I asked for I pulled out of Sonic and drove away, very disappointed. It wasn't like I was asking for several more drinks and food and not paying for it. I paid for both items, the two drinks and I simply could not find the other one so I just simply asked for another one. I did end up finding it because it had fallen and it was hiding under my bag but I still should not have been treated that way. And unfortunately I will no longer go to that Sonic anymore. BAD SERVICE.
