Sonic Drive-In

They NEVER get my order right. They never act like they’re glad I’m there. The food is okay, but if I ask for the cheese to be left off, there’s no chance they’ll get it right. Even if I don’t ask for anything to be done special, they’ll still get it wrong.

Food is ALWAYS mediocre, ALWAYS having to wait 10 to 15 minutes and then food isn't right.

They are so lazy here. Came through to pick up an order to deliver and he told me they were out of drink trays because he didn’t want to go back inside but I was here about an hour ago and they brought one out to me then.

Was just at Sonic's customer service sucks their food was not done was very rude needs training and I would never go back there again plus my drink I asked for extra and there was nothing in it

Order wrong. Applesauce had old gooey applesauce stuck on. Disgusting.

It’s great. Very good, tasty food. Service is great most of the time. A lot of the time the order machines are not working but we can always go to another machine.

Service was decent but took a while. Food is absolute trash! This location always messes up our orders and the food is burnt or half there!

Consistently receive the wrong items I order. This time was no exception. Disappointing.
