I just paid $9 for food from this place and it was Sour. I told myself I wouldn't go back in thus restaurant but I did.. smh

Bredda, it is expensive. Good food and much to fill your plate.

My Ghanaian friend introduce me to this restaurant last week and I have bought food there about 6 times. Yesterday for lunch I brought two people with me to support them because the food isn’t bad and being a born Jamaican I want to support a Jamaican business. Long story short, I got my food and the lady at the counter asked if I took ox tail, I told her just one piece. She said once I take ox tail it’s $9.99 per pound. I only took one piece.. look on the pic. I paid $20 for this food and a soda. So mi basically pay $17 for a plate of rice. She went on to say that she always tell people to take a full plate of ox tail only to get their moneys worth. So I told her that she didn’t tell me that so she sent me to look on the sign. That’s when I say their thing. I told her I did not know. And to top it off she was laughing! I won’t support this business again because they are unfair! This is why a lot of Jamaican businesses fail. Well they will be losing more customers. Because I will tell people about my experience. mi ago see if the $17 for rice and one piece a ox tail ago Mek unuh betta. Jamaican a di worsssst to each other.

The food was horrible and not worth the price I was absolutely disgusted I had a simple scoop of rice and gravy with mixed veggies and escovich fish all was nasty the gravy I put on the rice taste like raw meat so you can tell the chicken wasn't really clean before they cooked it the veggies had a burnt pot taste to them and the escovich tasted like a fish like literally just a fish no salt no pepper no flavor just fish the place was steamy and smelled rank like mice and pinesol to cover up the smell just pure nasty never coming back here again ugh n way to expensive

They charge different prices for different dishes. Buffets usually charge one price for everything. Ex: $8.99 a pound for EVERYTHING!! I had 2 pieces of oxtail, one very small piece of fish (& I do mean veey small), a spoon full of peas & rice, & a half of spoon full of veggie lomein. My food came up to $17 & change.. That's ridiculous!
