Bbq Mac and cheese is probably the best thing I've ever eaten Really good hot chocolate too

They had great options for Vegetarians/Vegans. The original margarita was ok. We were 20-25 ppl, so can understand their plight to deliver food to the table. My Mexican rice was not fully cooked, however BBQ tofu was good. Took BBQ Tofu bowl. Hubby got Pina Colada Tofu Bowl, the rice was not cooked properly. Hope the numbers overwhelmed them.

EDITED BELOW---If you want something different, this place it. Typically, everything is good. We go here pretty often. If it was too bad we wouldn't go that much. The food is really good, and waiters/waitresses are usually nice as well. It's a nice change to all the "normal" places. Not sure what's going on, chef change, management change, other employee change?? We noticed alot of different faces. This place is not what it used to be. The food was less than stellar the last few times we went. The wait staff wasn't as attentive as before. We'll try again later, and we hope they make changes. Hate to see one of Athens most unique food choices go by the wayside.

Very tasty, fresh food and good customer service. We didn't have to wait long for our dishes to come out, which is always a plus in Athens. I always enjoy their cocktails as well.

Unfortunately, there was only one server and one cook, food took way too long, Totonos(hard and no flavor) thank goodness. That was removed from our bill. Nachos came out with meal and I feel they sat back there until our meal was ready. We got the special for the day. Ribs were tasty however side dishes were hardly worth watching. We froze most of our lunch which took twice as long. Then to top it off I wanted to pay cash and they did not have change. I ate here 8 years ago, this place has went down hill. Was unable to order the Bloody Mary because no bartender!

Love our lil local Sol restaurant! Always great service and food and atmosphere. The fish bowl is my favorite, but everything I've had here has been delicious. Vegetarian options: Vegan options too!

Today was my second time eating here. This was less impressive than the first (the bar was already low) Our server was far from aware of things to do despite it being VERY slow. There was only her, a bartender & who I am guessing was an employee chatting at the bar. Server never did more than take our order, drop off food & give us the check once I asked. Both burgers cooked far past our request (they asked how we wanted it to begin with) To top it off the man at the bar was talking about us (not in the most positive light) & having our toddler, to the bartender as if I wasn't 8ft away... Won't be giving it a third try for a long while.
