Sofrito Restaurant

Fantastic restaurant in Greenville, easy access and DELICIOUS food! We had shrimp and fish CEVICHE for starter and it was SO DELICIOS, not overwhelming at all, and just right! Then we had the TRIFONGO with grilled chicken breast and it was PERFECT! Definitely recommend to ask this preparation as it has sweet, savory plantains and yuca in it. OMG it was absolutely superb! We also had a churrasco which is a soft cut of meat, with the most delicious chorizo, not greasy, super FLAVORFUL! Service was outstanding, our server, Estefano, was so nice and kind to even recommend some tourist side we had questions about. We had a lovely time! 100% recommended!

Customer service was great, we loved that it's dog friendly otherwise the food lacked presentation and flavor for my liking and being latin I was expecting way more flavor. I ordered the Pork Mofongo which was very dry and the Ropa Vieja. Might comeback to give another try.

Our server, Stefano, was great, friendly, and knowledgeable!!! Our table had pollo ranchero, a steak bowl, and Ropa Vieja which were all DELICIOUS, a great portion and fairly priced!!! For dessert, we had the tres leches and it was so good I would have eaten three. 10s all across the board!!

Amazing place to eat. Food and drinks are amazing

Hungry for a Cuban sandwich. Looked up on Google and this was one of the places in the area so thought I would check it out. Wife and I both ordered the Cubano sandwich. everything looked good but was lacking on the amount of mustard and the 3 pickles were sliced so thin they only had one side so they did not have much flavor. Pork and ham were good just not what we expected for a true Cuban sandwich. Service was very good.

I have been to Sofrito several times. The food is great, especially the guacamole, fried yuca and the paella.
