Very good Shakshuka and fatten was creative. Baked goods are always delicious. The cornbread with the Shakshuka is an elite touch.
The food is fabulous but it’s a tiny space and they need a policy so that people don’t sit at valuable tables doing homework, scrolling through phones, or otherwise taking up space long after any food or drink is consumed. Unfortunately, people are not naturally considerate when they see people eating standing up.
It is a nice adaptation. Everything was sweeter than it should. For instance, simit is supposed to be savory a little bit bland so that you can eat with cheese and stuff. This was closer to tahini bread rather than simit. We liked durum, dolma and potato gruyere
Good is amazing. Staff is not welcoming.
