Sofia's of Little Italy

Took the food over half an hour to arrive and wasn't amazing. When we went to pay, they added 18 percent tip to the bill without asking us, probably hoping we wouldn't notice. We won't be coming back.

My best experience in the little Italy, was in Sofias restaurant.. the calamari was awesome and my fresh mojito was damnnnnn, the waiter recommended me to try different flavors of mojitos, all the recommendations were excellent and even though the restaurant was full afterward, our waiter Frank always stopped by our table to ask us if everything is okay, which is rare in NY. Thank you for a nice experience.

The service was horrendous. The server was not attentive and completely rude. The food was decent but the service alone is the reason I would not recommend. They also had the audacity to add tip when that’s illegal. I get To choose how much I tip.

I wanted to express my sincere gratitude to Francisco for his exceptional service during my visit. His attention to detail and patience in explaining the different dishes and drinks really made my dining experience enjoyable. I appreciate his dedication to ensuring I had a wonderful time. I will definitely return, thanks to the excellent service from him.
