Good. A little pricey. First time visiting-Got the soft serve vanilla and the dole whip … very good!!! Very vanilla-y both are dairy free and also super super cold so will be tasty on a hot day. Will go back.

Fun, yummy treats. Never had anything like it before. Fast and easy drive-thru service.

The owner and staff are awesome. There was a misunderstanding with an order and the owner immediately helped get the problem solved. The staff was also so kind about the situation. The drinks and cookies are so good. Would definitely recommend Soda Rush to anyone.

Best cookies ever!!! Employees are super nice and the owners are amazing! Soda Rush is our favorite family treat. 11/23 Update - this location has gone downhill. SR in general has gone downhill and it shows in their quality. The advertising is absolutely horrible. Nothing is ever up to date. It shouldn't be so difficult to find the new cookies every week. FB is useless. Nothing is current there. I can't tell you how many times I've gotten cookies and the cookie batter is mixed too long so it's almost a cake texture. And they are cookies that are NOT supposed to be cake-like. It's never consistent. Multiple times I've gotten cookies where the whipped topping is not beaten long enough so it's runny and dripping off the cookie. We couldn't use gift cards for months, even though the sign said a few weeks. My son and I saw another customer receive the wrong cookies in their box so the employee took out the wrong cookie and put it back on the pan after the customer already touched it. More times than not we've gotten cookies stacked on top of each other ruining other cookies. It's almost like ever since these new stores are opening up, the quality of the products have started going down. Super disappointing.

Sodas, cookies and dole whips are all great. I have been there multiple times this week with friends.

This place has really gone downhill. Customer service isn't the same and I'm talking about the owners. It's like in every negative review there is a whole story of going through the footage, talking to staff, instead of just saying hey I'm so sorry that happened. Let's make this right. It's ok to make mistakes and all businesses do Their stuff is just so expensive I feel like I'm going to a movie theatre or something. Edit to add: somebody commented on the ice cream and I have to agree. There's no way it's real ice cream and if it's not then they need to advertise it as such. It's really icy and it's been like that for years.

We went in tonight, ordered ice cream, and when the first cone came out it was flavorless and it had a strange, icy texture. We talked to an employee who told us the new machine wasn’t working right. As more of our ice cream arrived it was the same. We talked again to the employee who became defensive and angry, walked away twice, and then told us the machine was working just fine. I’m okay with a machine that’s not working, and they gave us a refund, neither of these was my issue. The anger coming from this exployee was not okay and it put a damper on our evening. Perhaps we were just one of many customers who had voiced complained today and this employee was frustrated and angry; hopefully we experience happy, friendly employees on our next visit…as we have for many years.
