Social Hall Restaurant + Venue

Walking in, we noticed there was a holiday party in the courtyard. The ambiance is romantic and beautiful with the string lights and fireplace. We inquired and found out the restaurant is also a wedding venue! I plan to come back with my family to check out their other event spaces.

We had a company dinner here, about 15 people. We had two tables and a fire pit set aside for us. There were some issues getting the heaters up and running as it was cold but the server eventually got help to get the other 2 heaters up and running. For a better experience two servers probably would have been more convenient but we didn't have too much trouble getting drinks and the server was friendly and gave great service. A good drink menu, the selection of draft beer was expensive and categorized nicely on the drink menu. To hang out and drink, this place would be pretty decent. The food is where there was inconsistency. We had several meals sent back due to undercooking and the salmon was noted as bland. My burger was ordered medium well, I pulled out the medium well stick and just assumed it was good, but towards the end I could definitely tell it was overcooked due to the dryness and slight char I tasted. The truffle fries were good though. I cannot speak to the cost as it was a company event but I don't think I'd personally come here for the main dishes. The appetizers were all good and it was a nice atmosphere, so definitely more of a snack and drink place than a restaurant.

Came here with my family for dinner. It was our first visit and we had a great time. We were fortunate enough to get the upstairs area to ourselves during our stay and all of the food we got was delicious. (I highly recommend the El Chapo burger). Our server Aiden was very courteous and helpful during our visit as a first timer with his recommendations and great sense of humor. Social Hall is a very family friendly spot and highly recommend if you are in the area. We will be back very soon!

** Food poisoning 12/23 and rude server (Aiden)** A few days ago, on 12/23, my family and I tried Social Hall for the first time. Our waiter, Aiden was extremely rude, short, and sarcastic the entire night. We started off with drinks and told him we’d need a while before ordering off the menu. He came back twice within 10 minutes saying “yeah….this is the part where you order” and then again a few minutes later saying “you guys ready yet or no?” He mentioned he was new, which i can understand, having worked in food service for years. So I tried to do his job for him, and start some conversation, i pointed to his watch asking him what he was wearing, to which he responded with no expression “a watch?” So at that point I pulled back from acknowledging him at all and just waited for our food. My fiance ordered Tinga Tacos, (which were completely soggy when served) and I had the Cortez bowl. Here’s why we’ll never come back. All 4 of us felt sick after our meal, and I was the lucky one who got food poisoning and spent all of Christmas Eve puking my brains out. Oh and after we got our food, Aiden never came back over to fill up our waters or ask if we needed more drinks. Social Hall is a beautiful spot, the food was 4/10. To avoid poisoning others, I would recommend making sure your food is FIFO and tossed out after expiration, and more customer service training for Aiden.

We hosted our yearly Christmas bash in the Rafter room upstairs, and it was fantastic! The space was roomy enough for all our Christmas games, and our bartender, Nikki, was fantastic—friendly and knowledgeable. The food, especially the Prime Rib, was delicious, and we were thrilled with it. April, the manager, even checked in to ensure everything was going smoothly. Highly recommend this place for anyone planning a party!

I usually don't leave a review unless it's really good or really bad. The environment is nice but I literally got the worst steak of my life. And they never brought my drink because they had to go downstairs to get it.

Perfect.

Amazing spot with plenty of room to meet large groups.
