Rude cashiers especially the blonde woman with bob haircut, worried more about her hair than helping me. She was seeing me struggling to pack my products with one hand but not offering a hand. And a tall young man, same arrogant attitude. I will take my business elsewhere. However the lady at the express check very nice and considerate.
This store refuses to honour the scanning code properly, but still displays the scanning code signs in their store. They literally make up their own rules. They train their staff to say that the scanning code does not apply to sale items, which it absolutely does. The only time the scanning code would not apply to a sale item is if the sale tag is expired (for free/$10 off item). In fact, the scanning code is to ensure sale prices are reflected at checkout. I would rather shop somewhere that honours the scanning code than have to argue with Sobeys staff every time a price at checkout is higher than advertised (which is pretty much all the time). There are definite issues in staff reading and comprehending the written scanning code, even when right in front of them. Bizarre.
These people need to know how to greet people No one says hello or bids good bye I would rather go to Shawnessy Walmart where they Welcome and Farewell you with smiling faces Such an UNWELCOMING PLACE to go to shop About the items in store ------ every store in town has them so that DOES NOT make any difference.
Location is good, staff usually lovely but the sterling silver ribeye is flavorless. I seasoned it at 3.5g of salt per lb for two days in the fridge, seared beautifully and still it tasted like nothing. Costco ribeye is much better.
Fantastic location! Wonderful helpful staff I’m always greeted when I go and always helped with packing my groceries. Large selection of items, this is definitely my preferred location to shop thanks to the staff here :)
Well stocked location but it has a bit of a weird layout so it probably took me longer than it should to find everything.
