Good quality ice cream and surprisingly good coffee.

The ice cream is good quality, not to sweet, It's reasonabley priced .

It was my first time in snowflake. I only tried the hot chocolate and it tasted really good. Sadly i have not tried any other food but they looj so good as well.

I ordered a large waffle and a coffee which costed me £17.50. Customer service was terrible, hardly any chocolate syrup on the waffle, waffle was too hard, chewy and smelt of burnt old oil. Flat white coffee tasted awful. Won’t come here again ☹️

Yummy deserts

I ordered 1 crepe and 2 waffles. The crepe was really good, however the waffles were subpar. They hardly had any chocolate sauce and after asking for more chocolate sauce, they took over 15 minutes to bring it to us - by then we had finished eating. He then offered a complementary doughnut and when I went to collect it, he embarrassed me infront of other customers saying that he can’t give it to me anymore. I am honestly shocked by this service. I will not be coming back here.
