Average food. Pancakes batter is over mixed at all locations and their pancakes are always dense like bricks. Do not get the Ricotta Eggs... so disgusting. Just eggs slathered with lukewarm unseasoned cheese Only thing good here is the hashbrowns if they come out crispy

Very nice breakfast place in the Denver Tech Center area. Although the place was full, it wasn't too noisy. The glass walls provide an open feel - almost an indoor-outdoor experience. Mostly, the food was delicious.

Received some cold food, bit the staff took care of it expeditiously and then discounted our bill. This is how customer service should react to an unintended mistake. Great job, Snooze staff and manager.

This was our first time going here. I had ordered the snooze classic which comes with 3 eggs, choice of meat, choice of toast, and hashbrowns. When I received my food, I cut into the eggs and realized the eggs were undercooked and very slimy (I ordered over-medium). I notified the waitress and she was very apologetic and attentive. I told her I didn’t want a new batch of eggs and to leave everything else as is. At that point, I was very grossed out. They didn’t fully comp me for the dissatisfaction. They only took 60% of the meal off separately. Anytime I’ve ever worked in the service industry, this meal would be fully comped considering I didn’t get my whole meal and was very disappointed with it. I think the service overall was great and atmosphere was fine. But, I’m a bit upset that I wasn’t fully comped for something that was out of my control. Sure I could’ve asked for another set of eggs, but who else would want new eggs from someone who couldn’t get it right the first time.

The Food is ALWAYS on Point ✅ Delish I Love the variety of pancakes doesn't matter what location I go to the Food is Great and of Course Mistakes will happen. But once brought to their Attention it is Always corrected. My last visit I was very pleased with the food as usual. It was a To Go Order, when I got home I realized I didn't receive the side of bacon I ordered I called and explained the situation Nicole said she would refund me or I could come and get it - of course I wanted it with my OMG French Toast - when I got there I was Surprised she gave me every kind of bacon Snooze makes my fav was the Jalapeno & Pomegranate Glazed Bacon - Thank You Nicole for making me feel like A Valued Customer

Decided to give this Snooze another shot after quite a horrible experience last time. The last time I came in a fruit fly fell into my chai and another one fell into my meal (huevos rancheros). Absolutely disgusting. This time, we went on a rather empty day and most tables were open. The host was incredibly rude from the start and did not greet us in a friendly manner AT ALL. We were sat at the closest table to the host and she tossed the menus down and walked away. The server came and brought water, which was fine. After a few minutes, the host came out of nowhere and announced that they cannot allow any outside food. We were surprised since we didn't have any outside food. Then, she announced it was a rule against outside drinks and pointed at my waterbottle and told me she had to take it away and put it next to her. Beyond ridiculous behavior and treatment. Do yourself a favor and drive 3 more minutes to Urban Egg for a proper meal with respectful service, where you can have your waterbottle with you and your host won't make up rules as she goes.

Highly recommended! I came from Dubai and had a delicious breakfast and excellent service from Deja Vu.
