Terrible people and service 30 minutes waiting for table And 30 minutes waiting for the menu FkiG Ridiculous!!

Best spot for everything

we were greeted by Isaac who was so friendly and gracious to everyone Ryan was our server We loved the eggs benedict, corned beef hash, and the bloody mary. The food is consistently delicious and the staff is top notch This Snooze has a new, clean, bright, and fun vibe Thank you Snooze ‼️

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This was my first time ever coming to this restaurant and my experience was horrible. I would never recommend this place to anyone who is visiting or local. The waitress didn't write anything down causing so much errors in half of our orders. We waited 40 minutes for our food to come out COLD and the quality was disgusting. Mind you it's breakfast, it's the easiest and quickest meal to cook! The manager was consulting the waitress instead of the consumer which shows the lack of management skills she has. The manager didn't do anything for us, didn't apologize, NOTHING! This is why consumers order take out because nowadays people lack service, they don't care about the consumers experience in dining-in. Again horrible experience and very disappointing. 0/4 stars in my books.

Great meal.

Been here twice now. First time the food was all really great. This time was the exact opposite. Paid $20 for loco moco that had 3 small chunks of the short rib in there. Our pancakes were old and stale like they had been sitting under a heat lamp all morning and our server didn’t even bring us syrup for the pancakes. Both times the service was horrible. Nice people, but after taking your order they pretty much forget about you until you’re ready for your check. Over priced for what you get in my opinion.
