I didn't order any food, but the atmosphere was fun and lively on a Saturday night! They have tons of different games and several copies of the same, so we never had to wait for someone to finish playing a game we wanted to play. They have all the classics from the 80s to all the ones from today. We played Battleship (which I haven't played since I was a kid), Scrabble, Jenga (which I had always wanted to play since seeing the commercial when it first came out, so it was my first time playing and it was fun!), and Patchwork. The selection, to say the least, is amazing . There are people there to help you select games based on the number of people in your party and your interests, and they're very helpful. The only thing I didn't like was the charge - $10 per person instead per table. I think the charge should be the latter.

If you’re just going to play board games then this is the place for you. Yes many games are missing instructions and pieces but there is choice. Drinks are very expensive. Non specials of the day start at around 14 for a cocktail. We ordered a “flatbread” pizza. I would be shocked to learn it wasn’t a frozen pizza. For 12-14 bucks that is insane. We also saw a couple of kids with their father look at the burger. When the server left he told his father it was gross and he didn’t want it. When a burger offends a 10 year old you have issues with the food Service was fine until the server came over and asked if we wanted anything else. I felt like he wanted us to settle up which is fine. So we asked for the bill. The 1/3 of a beer still in Front of me was picked up and dumped in the sink before I could say anything I wanted to pay cash which was a source of stress for the server and took time as he had no change and needed to get it from a manager. Cash is still legal currency. It shouldn’t be an issue to pay with it I’d come back just to play games and maybe have a plain coffee. But that is it

Had a nice night here with a large group of friends. The wings were great! full sized with the tips on. The game selection was good, and the place was (comfortably) packed. My only complaint was that the washrooms were quite dirty. It;s a large place for only singular washrooms. luckily, i did not have to use the seats, as the few washrooms i went in, were all "dribbled" on and dirty... not a great arrangement, consider a couple larger common restroom options

Great experience. Great food and service. It is very loud so it not the best for date type conversation. Steak was amazing a cooked perfectly.

One of the best board game cafés in Toronto with plenty of food and drink options including beers and cocktails. I would book a reservation if you’re not open to waiting for a long time especially in the evenings. Dietary restrictions: They accommodate most dietary restrictions. Just talk to the server and they will figure it out and possibly replace ingredients if possible. Parking: Paid street parking on college and there’s a couple parking lots short walk away too. Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. I’ve seen kids all ages enjoy with their families.

A fun place to spend some time with friends, although slightly on the expensive side for what it is.

Chill and easy going, a university nerd hangout for ultimate boardgame playground. Very nice Waiteress service, but our board master was a bit annoyed by us because we ask so many questions but felt a bit uncomfortable to ask more questions. Drinks are cheap here, but not sure how the food are so I will give it full sore for more than affordable drinks!

First time going here stayed for hours huge array of games and great service!
