This is such a fun place to go with friends or even for date night. Great selection of games and delicious food, for a great price too.

Food was expensive they demand a 30$ minimum spending per guest + 10$ if you wanna play a game there

No one told us about the auto-gratuities for big group so we gave 20% because the server was nice. If you do the calcul with the auto-tip we gave 41%! That’s to much!

Had to interrupt the hostess who was sitting on her phone to ask if we could get a table, did not see our waiter once, when we flagged down a different waiter for an order and water refill, she said “oh your waiter is downstairs for stocking” when I asked if someone else could then come and take an order I got a very snippy “Ill try but it’s by section” ????? Ok so then why is our waiter “stocking” for over an hour and a half when he has people in a section that nobody else can fill in for?? Overall this place was rude and made it very difficult to give business to

Great vibe, awesome games and super friendly staff. My teen and I spent hours playing and did not want to leave! These kinds of places make me miss living in Toronto! Thank you ❤️

Normally, I’d would give this a one star, or even a negative at most if it was optional but the one female that was looking after us was really nice and she was calm cool and collective with great exceptional customer service. No issues there. However, the caucasian gentlemen with a light brown beanie and a green top with glasses had approached our table with anger and malice threatening to remove us from the premises all because some dialogues amongst our peers had exchanged few curse words since the game that we were playing had a course of adult content all around the spectrum of the cards. There are different methods of approaching our table and telling us that our ‘Language ‘ was offensive although it was only in the sheer purpose of a game that we were playing since it was adult themed. But instead he was passive aggressive and when we offered an apology, he immediately just ignored us without even acknowledging whatever we had to say. Not a good look for your establishment if I’m being honest, and the attitude he displayed was completely uncalled for considering that we didn’t retaliate or even mouth off to anyone for that matter. If you can’t control your temper while working in the field of customer service, then you’re in the wrong field of business. God speed.

Meh, it used to be a much better place years back. Came in and the service felt off, we didn’t really feel instructed by the host. The server that came to us was nice and pleasant though. Some of the games are old and coming apart while others seem to be incomplete or missing game pieces. We would have liked to try other games but service appeared scarce. The menu also appears to have gone much worse and overpriced. Nothing appeared remotely appealing.

The waitress was really nice and helped us with our drinks, the drinks were really good. However, as we were playing a card game with adult content (provided at the game board cafe), your employee came to our table threatening us to leave the cafe if someone in the group didnt watch their language. He didn’t even politely give us a warning to lower our volume instead of starting out with a threat. We were offended by your employee who had a dirty yellow beanie, dirty yellow sweater, beige paints, and glasses. It made us feel really uncomfortable. We did not want to continue playing the game after and left. If the employees have such a problem, the cafe should not have provided adult content games in the first place.
