poor management.

Poor customer service over the phone. I called to see if I could have a poorly made smoothie that I purchased at one location remade at this location (since I was now closer to this location). I could have provided my receipt from a few minutes ago as well as the poorly made smoothie. The employee said no but said I could come in and purchase another one from them. Was he trying to be funny? I expected more from Smoothie King. They don’t have to worry about me getting another bad smoothie from them. They are canceled as far as I am concerned. As an update to my review, the owner replied that I should contact them if I wanted someone to contact me and they have not responded yet. I hope they do not just provide the illusion of caring to the masses but actually care enough to follow up with the individual customers.

Waited an hour for our smoothie and never got it. They made everyone’s smoothie after us even after we told them we still never got our order. Couldn’t even get a refund because the manager was not there so we left with nothing. Very disappointed.

Love it !! The staff is nice and they alway do good thick blends if you request it !!

Do not eat the Acai bowl the fruit is very sour and soggy sat up too long I prefer fresh fruit not nothing can or frozen and thawed out..

You will be prompted to tip at checkout... Before your smoothie is even made. Tipping does not belong at a smoothie chain.

Smoothies are almost never on time for online orders Other than that everything is really good
