These idiots put enough multivitamins into my smoothie that would have shut my liver down. Stay away from these morons. And when you tip they don't even say thank you hello good bye anything.

This place is amazing. Very delicious smoothies and great customer service didnt get the names of anyone but it was on Saturday 4/1.

Surprised by the poor reviews- I usually come in midday and have great, fast service. Employees are nice and sociable. Smoothies are always good to. No complaints
This location is terrible. I mobile order 1-2x a week from this location and not once has my smoothie ever been ready or even in process when I arrive 10 minutes later. The staff, who stands around doing nothing, can't be bothered to look at the mobile order ticket until I am in the store, wondering where my smoothie is. This happens literally every single time. I also mobile order from the University location 1-2x a week and have never had this problem. My smoothie is always ready when I get there.
5/29 6pm. Employees loudly argued with each other about not being willing to help each other. had to remove my kids from the business since they were loudly dropping f-bombs. It’s better to close your business than hire and allow employees to smear your business name. Unreal.
I went into smoothie King after my workout as a reward because I've been working out now for a month straight trying to get my BP under control. I wanted to order one of the smoothies and had decided on the peanut butter one and the employee, an older white man with glasses who didn't make eye contact (which I was fine with because maybe he's on the spectrum), ask if I wanted it in original chocolate or strawberry. I was going to get chocolate but then I asked him which one's better chocolate or peanut butter, to which he replied to me "they're just different flavors none are better or worse" as if I didn't already understand the difference. I was merely asking which one more people enjoyed because I've never had it before but the way he answered me was very condescending. I replied with I'm fine and proceeded to leave the store and while doing so he mumbled something under his breath as I walked away. It's bad enough your store already smells like bad bananas, but maybe you could hire somebody that isn't rude and condescending towards women who were just making small talk while trying to decide what flavor smoothie they wanted. I won't be returning any time soon. Please be sure and thank your employee for making what was a feeling of accomplishment, a bad experience for both of us.
