2 girls working the night shift refused to make me a bowl because they had 8 mins before closing time, their reason was because “they were closed and a bowl is too much to make” she gave me and everyone else attitude. I get we went before closing time but there was a line of 7 people and everyone else got helped but us. Terrible customer service. Manager needs to do a better job hiring people who are willing to work and help everyone out with out the attitude

This has been my go to smoothie king for years. Smoothies have been consistent with flavor and never had an issue.

If I could leave 0 stars based solely on the customer service, I would in a heartbeat. The one star can go towards the smoothie since it was decent. This location really is by far the worst one I’ve ever been to, and yes, it’s for the same reason in which you’d read in all the other 1 star reviews- the staff. Young kids with that Grade A millennial grin/ugly stare as they show you how much they could care less about customer service and being kind when you let them know (KINDLY) that they’ve either messed up your order, or that you’re still waiting for your order past the time of it being reasonable for it to come out. We first got to watch them be rude to the people in front of us (who were patiently waiting for way too long) when they asked if they were getting their second drink anytime soon. The staff member didn’t say a word (she could’ve kindly let them know something along the lines of a normal response like- let me see why we don’t have that for you, I apologize for the delay [guess that mannerism is dead with this new generation]), turned around to ask her coworker about the order, smirks in response, looks at the blenders, and poof- there it was, just sitting there for over 10 minutes getting to a perfect room temp for a nice runny consistency. She’s got a permanent grin on her face by this time (still hasn’t said a word to the customer), pours the smoothie into the cup, pushes it towards the customer, and tosses the straw on the counter to finish (STILL not saying a word to the customer before they leave). Our turn. We get our first smoothie shortly after the couple before us leaves, and to no surprise- it’s the wrong size. We let the staff member know (not the smirky one), and low and behold we get a bonus experience of all 3 staff members discussing the issue and then turning to look at us as if we’re lying, before they blatantly TELL us (not ask) that we ordered the 20 oz. We didn’t. We ordered all 3 smoothies at 32 oz each. I let them know the size we ordered and how much I paid, and big surprise- no response is given as they all turn around to figure out what they need to do in order to get the order right. We get to wait another 10 minutes, and as we’re getting each drink, we of course don’t receive any apology for the wait or inconvenience. Que the end of my slightly drawn out, yet sad and realistic experience for what is now becoming a normal occurrence with some of the youth working in today’s food industry…and a quick bonus note from me, just in case whoever reads these reviews attempts to leave a response pretending to care and apologize on their staff’s behalf; I respectfully do not care and honestly don’t believe it to be sincere since it’s obvious nothing is being done to help these kiddos learn how to treat others with kindness and respect. With all the comments I’ve read on here complaining of the same thing for a while now, it’s clear regular AND upper management could care less, no matter what they’re saying…or something might have magically changed by now. Give it a go and make it an actual priority to train them better so you can see some progress with more positive feedback.

As much as I want to believe my smoothie will come out the way it's supposed to taste every. Time. I. Go........It just doesn't. There's only two girls that make it right and all the other ones I request. Please teach employees how to make it right and not just throw in the ingredients like it's "whatever". It's uncomfortable having to go back in there and ask to remake it. :(

This location has terrible service and also charges for toppings they don't give you. Poor management on staff training and poor attitude there

Customer service: Meh Smoothie: Double Meh Took 5 minutes to get to me even though there were 3 employees and no customers. I watched one of them make my smoothie and notice that it was extremely runny. Her solution was to add more ice. Perhaps they should follow the recipe. That way, the drink won’t be tasteless and watery. The one pro is that their ingredients look good quality. For that, they get 2 stars.

No greeting when we walked in, older man working there seemed lost. We waited for almost 5 minutes at counter and two guys just kept working without acknowledging us. We walked out. Horrible customer service.
