I am in this particular establishment every chance that I get, I enjoy being treated like a human being instead of just a consumer! Keep up the positive energy!!

Still waiting to hear back about a refund because they conveniently forget to mark the location as closed when they have power outages, but will mark your order as complete in the app and take your money anyways.

I went to get a smoothie and I got to the store at 8:53, the hours state they close at 9, as I walked up to open the door they turned off the lights and the door was locked. The girl there just looked at me and went to the back, she didn't open the door and let me in like she should have done since they were technically supposed to still be open. If I knew they were going to do that I would have gone to another location to get my smoothie. Not professional at all!

It's a small store and the Girls are super talented! They've definitely improved since my first visit. My Drink was out in 2 min flat and they've been consistently good. Great Job.

How has this location been remodeled for months now and y’all still don’t have a card reader at the drive thru window

Worst experience ever. I was on the phone with my disabled friend, who is hard of hearing and in a wheelchair, cannot get out of her vehicle easily. Went to the drive-thru to order. The employee told my friend very quickly and unclearly that if she was paying with a card she had to come inside. My friend apologized, said she was hard of hearing and repeated what she said back to her. The lady was extremely rude and disrespectful. Told her she had to come inside to pay with her card.

This was my husband and first time and it was good.

First things first I came in first and the guy behind me got his order before me. I’m not sure if is a regular or not I don’t care. Then Yandrea idk what kinda ghetto name that is be I should have knew then the service was gonna be horrible. Then I ordered frozen yogurt in one of my orders which Imu ordered two of the same things. She gave me both and I asked which had the frozen yogurt and she never even add it’s so she proceeded to dump it back in the blender and the add the frozen yogurt. CROSS CONTAMINATION!!!!!! To top it off she was on the phone the whole time!!!
