We did not receive all of the order that we placed on the smoothie King app. They're having some phone issues so the phone is not working so I was not able to contact. I reached out via email and got a response from the general manager. Very nice Man. He is refunding the order. Thank you for your timely response to this matter
Cashier was not very cheerful but I did get my smoothie in a good amount of time

Came into the establishment today(10.17.23) around 3:15. The young man who took our order was new so of course he was given grace, told him to take his time. He could not figure out the discount/coupon QR code and called for his manager. The Caucasian lady comes YELLING at us ,“what is it for”??? Then after we told her she said, “That’s what I just asked you!”. We swiftly left the establishment. We do not spend our money where we are berated. You do not yell at the customer especially if we approached you with a smile and manners. If you don’t like your job, don’t like working with the public, do not apply for customer service jobs
T. E. R. R. I. B. L. E. Waited 30 min for a smoothie I ordered ahead on, just for it to be nothing but chunks of fruit and big chunks of ice. This seems to be a constant at this location. Might wanna fire and rehire....

The last several times I’ve tried to go there after my evening workout and they lock the doors at least a half hour before close. Tonight it was 8:30 and there were two other groups of people who tried to go in after me. They just ignored us.
Everytime I go to this location they always have an excuse why they can't make smoothies. And frankly it's getting really annoying. Third time now I have attempted to go to this location and there's always something wrong. And the sad part is I'm a new customer. I seriously need to find myself a Bahama juice here in Nashville Tennessee. Clearly this location don't want my business. So I'm not coming back here again
This time, the system was down and they could not take my orders. However, interestingly, if you had the time, you could order online.
