Smoothie King

Don't go - they are NEVER open. I ordered online to pick a smoothie up at this store....and when I got there they were closed. Said it was open when I placed the order and now I have a charge on my credit card that I can't get rid of because no one is around to help. Go elsewhere...don't waste your time here.

Smoothies are great! But they are never open! Never! I work next door and they only open once a week , if that!

I walk in every Friday morning and normally greeted with a smile. Today, Friday April, 12 it was not the case. 2 young ladies were just rude. I walked up the counter greeted with frowns by the cashier and the one making my smoothie. It's a saying you want your food made with love, and it took me everything not to walk out. Even if you're having a bad day that's understandable, but when the next person walks in you say heyyyyyy and smile, It is a problem. I had to emphasis good morning and have a good day to them. I will start going to another location if I experience this again.

This place has taken a nose dive. SMOOTHIES are inconsistent and often just bad due to old ingredients. the place is dirty and smells. Really run down. Service is average to poor. I am now officially done going there

Rude unprofessional staff, I heard one mumble something under their breath as I left the store. Rude day time manager as well. I will not be coming back here and I live in Bellevue so I will tell plenty of people how rude the staff are.

Ariana was great! I'm lactose intolerant and she checked the ingredients for me for the new Chocolate Cinnamon. She also labeled the drink cups for me and my partner since we had similar looking drinks. The smoothies themselves tasted great and were very well made. Thank you!!!

TL;DR It seems like they've turned it around and I've been receiving excellent service here since my original complaint. My original rating was 3/5 and I have changed it to 5/5. When I left the original review I was quite upset that there never seemed to be consistency with this location and I was recently receiving very chunky smoothies and waiting a long time with poor attitudes. I would drive 8 mins out of the way to the next location to avoid this one. Since filing a formal complaint with corporate I tried this location a few times when I didn't have time to go 8 minutes out of my way. Every time I've come since my complaint I've received excellent service from people who care and my smoothies have come out great. Happy to see this and hope it can be maintained.

Terrible service and bad attitude. I was in the store for 10 minutes and was never addressed at all almost like I was an inconvenience. I walked out and did not end up ordering. Please work on your customer service.

Masks make it difficult to order over the sound of the blenders, but otherwise, quick and friendly service with a good smoothie to boot.
