Smoothie King

Michael was super helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to smoothie nutrition!! He knows about adaptegens and more.

It was my first time ordering at this location. I ordered a smoothie, and it was all chunky and not well blended. There was a full date ball inside the smoothie. All icy too. This is a smoothie I order at other locations and have no issues with.

Smoothie tastes bland with no flavor I have no idea what’s wrong with this location and it’s employees but this is sad. Any other smoothie king always gets it right. Then you mention the issue and they say there’s nothing they can do.

The customer service was unresponsive and not helpful. As a long time Smoothie King customer I won’t be going back to the Naperville location.

Past couple of time coming here there is only one coworker there. Orders are taking more than 25 minutes to get done and I get chunks of ice in my smoothie.

They don’t take any over 20$ bill and they don’t take 2$ bills js bad at the front desk
