love this location but it is absolutely ridiculous that it gives you a tip option when you order online, but then tells you that the store does not accept tips. way to show how you treat your employees!

I always come here. No problem, always fast, but yesterday I got a smoothie and on the way home I started to drink it, and what I assume is either a white piece of plastic or small white rock came from the cup, I think nothing of it and just throw it away, until I find 3 more in my drink. I don't want to hold it toward anyone. Just feel like everything should be checked before served.

I have been a customer at this schillinger location for many years and always been very pleased until about a month ago. In the last month I have been by 4-5 times and each time I was the only car in the drive through and had to wait between 5-10 minutes before they would come back to the intercom, as well as the attitudes of the employees were rude and disrespectful. Did not get a choice of plastic or foam, when I asked the employee which of my 2 smoothies were what flavor, with an attitude was told “I don’t know” and the worst part was my smoothies didn’t at all taste like what I ordered. I hate to complain but for the money I spend I expect at least decent service and to get what I payed for. These particular employees are younger and I feel like they should be trained better or better supervised.

First time trying. I like the smoothie. A medium should last 3 days!

I visited this location on 7/30/23, walked in greeted everyone with a hello how is everyone, the only response back was from this sweet young lady Aniya as the other 3 young ladies looked as if I said nothing and went on talking amongst themselves. Aniya took my order gracefully. I walked to the other end of the counter, waited on my order for a while watched the 3 ladies sit and complain about their owner. No one was preparing my order so Aniya walked over after she was done stocking and cleaning to get it done. I don’t know if it was just me being an African American or what but it was cold and bitter to the point of me feeling like I was being discriminated against. I will never come back here, I will drive to Government ST if I want anything Smoothie King.

# 7/30/2023 Bad customer service that I have never had with smoothie king. Poor employee training with customer relation. Not recommend this location. I have told to my business friends, customers and sports friends not going to this location to be treat poorly. I was visiting Alabama for the weekend and heading back to GA and decided to order a Acai Bowl with strawberries, mango. Blueberries, granola, drizzle raw honey The service was great! Thanks ladies very nice and pleasant 10/10 will return again
