Smoothie King

How and why even bother to blend this smoothie and serve it to your customers? You guys are wicked and a hazard, ya’ll need to get an inspection from the Florida Department of Health. No wonder this place has low ratings. Lesson learned. Dietary restrictions: Disgusting

If I could I’d give it no stars, terrible service. Went for my lunch break, waited for my açaí bowl for over 30 mins and ended up having to leave with nothing. The lady took care of everyone else’s order but mine. This is a disrespect and this smoothie king is the worst!!!

i come to this smoothie king a lot, just had wisdom tooth remove and was excited to get a smoothie, ladies were super sweet, the inconvenience came when i wasnt allowed to pay cash cause the bill was a 50$ and they didnt take large bills, theres no sign at this establishment stating a limitation on bills that can be used, and ive payed with 100s before, no attempt to use a verifying marker just simply denied cash payment and was forced to use another method that i didnt want to use. if an establishment cannot accept a form of payment they should be displaying it, according to the employee this was a rule by upper management. to add to this the staff seemed a bit lost, after paying for my order only one smoothie was made till they realized i was waiting for another…and they just added ingredients tonan alrdy made smoothie to make the extra portion for mine

The smoothie was all watery. I ordered a peanut butter and chocolate smoothie and i barely tasted any of the ingredients.

First the young lady messed the order up completely she had to remake the smoothie’s. The catch is when we gave it back what she was doing was just pouring it back in the mixer and adding more ingredients to it and made it worst. To the point she caught an attitude I’m watching her make the smoothie through the window, then say oh she can’t make one smoothie by it self. I had to use my personal phone to call the manager and the manager told her you always satisfy the customer which is correct that’s with any job especially doing customer service. So the manager told her to remake it over once the manager told her to remake it was the correct way. You can’t catch an attitude with a customer if something is wrong you have to talk calmly and respectful not with an attitude l. If you didn’t want to work or you needed a breather you should’ve had someone else to make it while you take a breather. Never going back to that location as long as that young is there.

One of the worst if not the worst smoothie king I've ever tasted. Took one sip and almost threw up. They definitely used expired fruits and expired ingredients. This location should be shut down by the Florida department of health. I usually get a smoothie a couple times a week if not once a day. This was the first time I tried this location and instantly regretted it. These owners do not deserve your money, go to any other location. They are literally trying to make you sick here.

Candy and Venus were great but what really stood out to me was candy…. She quickly glanced at me after coming out from the back. I’ve had a terrible day and all I wanted was my favorite smoothie. But she took the time to look at me and ask me … if I’m okay… wow never in a million years. It’s been so long that someone has looked at me and asked that. So thank you guys for having a super and empathetic team.

I’ve been to this location numerous times and each time the smoothie just isn’t anywhere near as good as the location on 49th St in Hialeah or the location on Alton Rd in Miami Beach. In fact the smoothies down right suck. On top of that, today the employee making my smoothie had a head full of loose hair that I imagine is falling in everyone’s smoothies. Wasn’t even wearing a hair net. This was the last straw. This smoothie king needs Manager Gianna Lewis from the Miami Beach location or else just close it down.

The guy that’s there in the morning alway nice and recommend the best options give him a raise I had the strawberry banana with a boost metabolism inside it was pretty good by the way first time here!!
