Please reconsider the staff you order! Espicially for a new establishment, had a terrible experience yesterday from the time I walked in till i left, the cashier didn’t even bother to greet! She stood by the register still didn’t speak so i proceeded to order she still not speak then when she made my smoothie she just put down and walked away. I called the establishment to speak to manager. No answer, unacceptable & distasteful . I do not recommend this establishment

I've been coming to this location since they've opened and it's always a pleasure seeing everyone being so nice and always recommend their most popular smoothie. But unfortunately, the type of service that was given today was uncalled for. I placed my order and it wasn't ready so I waited patiently in the lobby. The 2 young ladies tonight, not only talked bad about my order, but loud enough so that everyone could hear. As I make my way to receive my order, one of them went to the back while leaving the other at the front by herself. When I wanted to confront her, she walked away. I asked to add almond milk and frozen yogurt and a note that said "allergen dairy/milk" as an option for the milk. I can understand the confusion, but as for me, it's more for the taste. Been to multiple places where if I don't add that note, people will just do what they want. And in this case, I witnessed these 2 ladies about to change the whole order. As the other one said "looks like someone is about to die tonight". I understand they have been stressed out all day, but a simple call to confirm my order in private would have been better instead of announcing to the public. No need to make others feel uncomfortable for what feels right for them.
