Just ordered Uber Eats from this location. I ordered 3 smoothies. TWO smoothies out of the three tasted completely different than what I ordered. Vegan Mango Kale tasted moldy, watery, and super gross. Hulk Strawberry tasted like VANILLA AND BANANA. no strawberry at all. Super disappointed, and there’s nothing I can do.

Bad service all around the board. If I can give a zero star I would but unfortunately I have to give 1 star. I’m not the person to write negative reviews but it was that bad. Very slow , the girl at the register had a really bad attitude. They got the order wrong after I waited for 25min for 1 smoothie and 3 people who came in after me got taken care of. The guy making the smoothie had his EarPods on and seemed like he was on his phone talking. MIAMI in general has bad customer service but this topped it off for me. My 1st and very last time coming into this smoothie king.

Con: There is an employee here (I assume he is an employee since he was using cash register and making smoothies) wearing a black tank top. Something that is unsanitary and disgusting is having someone's arm pits exposed while making something consumed by the customer. This was on Tuesday, March 21st, 2023, at 4:00 pm. Not in uniform like the other 2 employees and also no name tag. So this is a valued customer openly complaining about unsanitary acts by a supposed employee. Pro: I like the Cinnamon Banana Protein Meal smoothie and get it almost everyday, to all the employees that are in uniform and performing their duties in line with National Food Handling code and Smoothie King policy, I commend you. Hopefully, this is rectified, I will also be formally filing a complaint with Smoorhie King Corporate Office today.

It would be nice that when a customer walks into the store that employees at least take a second to say HI or welcome versus chatting amongst themself. While waiting for my order other customers walked in and not a simple hello. Rude service and not a simple thank you after my order was prepared. Terrible service for expensive smoothies.

Great customer service, love going to smoothie king , got a gladiator vanilla, clean location.

My favorite smoothie is mango, pineapple and protein. Ask for Sarah, she is so nice and makes the best smoothies.

I went to smoothie king tonight and a young blonde lady was very sweet & she made me a delicious Cinnamon banana smoothie. I had a coupon code that was sent to my phone for a free 12 oz smoothie but it wasn’t opening for some strange reason and she took care of me regardless. Thank you so much! 10/10 service. 10/10 smoothie. 10/10 bestie
