Smoothie King

A brunette and blonde were working together. They were rude and had bad attitudes. Placed online order and was supposed to pickup in 18 - 23 min but they had me wait over 40min. Because they were doing drive through orders first, which is fine if we waited the 23 minutes it said,not over 40min. Gave me my bowls and they were watery. Asked for drizzle and they threw a very hard piece of hazelnut spread on top of my bowl. Had to replan my evening because of the wait. Bowls were good, wouldve been much better if they werent so melted.

I was just really hoping for a good smoothie bowl with fresh fruit. They advertise fresh fruit as toppings, but what I got was obviously frozen fruit that was set out to thaw. It was OVERLOADED with Goji berries. Not a terrible topping, but just way too much. Not worth it for the price. Not sure I will be coming back.

Very good açaí bowl, but a little small and a bit expensive.

THEY DON'T TAKE CASH - A FEDERAL CURRENCY. Also really upsetting they aren't open until 8am. This is a substitution for breakfast for a lot of us. Bad choice of time, and how can you turn down money? Actual cash? No thanks, won't be back.

This location is horrible.. We normally go to the location on val vista but this one is a bit closer to our home. 3 out of 7 visits our order is incorrect and we never complain. Today again our order of 3 32oz smoothies was incorrect. This time my wife called and spoke with someone at the location explaining the issue. The drinks taste rotten and smell horrible. The girl said she will speak with the manager and will call back. When she called back she said the best that she can do is remake the smoothies. We live over 20 mins from here and do not feel like driving back over there a second time. This is unacceptable and the management team does not care about not only their mistakes but the rotten taste. Do not go here. Horrible service and a huge food poisoning risk.

Shakes/smoothies are always messy, they don't prompt you about promotions when you order, and don't honor at the window when you ask about it 20 seconds later :( the people working are usually nice, just really disappointing experiences. I wanted to like this place, but might have to stick with one stop.

Tastes like cough medicine. Place looks nice, and staff are helpful. However everytime that I have a smoothie from here it tastes unpleasant. I have tried different smoothie from here and visited multiple times, but I have never had a good tasting smoothie.
