Ordered PB Swizzle. Acai soupy. No bananas. Sunday at lunch and already out of bananas? Strawberries mushy. Kids working should let customers know that acai has melted. They were good about returning money, but they need better training to handled conflict resolution. Please be better.
I ordered. Got to window and waited almost ten minutes. Asked for refund. Said it was done and it wasn’t. Now I have to take more time to dispute this. This is not a location I’ll ever go to again. I definitely do not recommend.
Waited 45 mins just to get 4 cups and the cups were 3/4 full. I understand its new staff at the location most of the time but the owners need to understand that these poor kids cannot handle a full store and a drive through alone. Staff more, have better structure in the store, pay your employees more for employee retention so this does not repeat, or train better. Not the fault of the kids working there. Never have left a bad review but theres always a first time
This is the second time within a week I came to this location and was told they did not have any green vegetables to make smoothie. Won’t be coming back to this location.
I have came to this location more then once and I have been told I have no bowels. They never make a suggestion to something else but you have it advertised every time and I've went to other locations and they have the bowels. So now I'm believing either the person don't want to make the bowels and I know you ordered for inventory so why not order the bowels for what you advertising
Went there on august 31st. The girl working was really rude. The guy was nice though.
