Smoothie King

I placed an order on the app, that specifically stated this address. I even had to set up this address as my favorite, as it is only three minutes away from my house. Somehow, the order went to the north causeway Smoothie King. I went to the Florida st location to pick up my order and was told they didn’t have it yet. they stated that it takes 15 minutes to get the order after I placed it. I asked if I should go run to Whole Foods while I waited, and I was advised to do so. I drove all the way back to the Florida Avenue location only to find out that my order was at the North Causeway location right where I had just been. I was told by the owner manager that I incorrectly placed the order and that he could do nothing because the app is through a third-party. They have no one 800 number, and even when you go to try to correct the issue, there’s no options through the site the website , for the complaint that I had, there was also no way to get a refund for my order from either location. could not get any information from anyone at the Florida store, as to how to cancel the order, how to resolve the issue, or how to get my money back. The manager/owner, Robbie Bankston, not only told me that I’m the one who made the mistake, but in addition there was nothing that he would do about it. Do not be surprised at the absolute deplorable customer service you will receive if there is any issue with your order from the staff and the owner operator/manager.

Got 2 smoothies today..The one that I got for me was a medium banana protein smoothie with diet down around 12:40 today at the Florida St location in MANDEVILLE..It was terrible!! Didn't taste much like banana and it seemed to be watered down, not thick at all!!! Total waste of money☹️☹️Who ever made this smoothie needs a little more training.They cost too much to taste this bad!! .

This is one of the best Smoothie King’s in town! I highly recommend this location! The staff here are always so welcoming and knowledgeable! They help you pick out the best smoothie ! The service is always so quick and easy! Very clean and delicious smoothies !

I’m extremely disappointed with customer service, and staff. I get a smoothie from Smoothie King at least four times a week. The other day I ordered A smoothie that I get almost every week and it tasted off. I went inside and let the manager know that it did not taste the same. He came back at me with an attitude, and was very rude. This is not the first occurrence, but this is the first time that I have made A negative review. I make a point to not go to this Smoothie King because Of the lack of customer care. This will be the last time I go to this Smoothie King.

I’ve been frequenting this location for years. I even make the trip from Covington just because of the consistently great service! They have always been polite, understanding, and leave me feeling ready to come back each time.

Good smoothie. Terrible tip jar experience. They have two options at the window of LSU vs Bama. That they would even have a bama option is disgusting and absolutely offensive here in the heart of Louisiana. I was going to leave a tip, saw that and opted out. No way can I support employees who made that terrible decision. Screw bama.
