The management at this location is totally taking advantage of its employees by scheduling them to work alone during peak hours. Not only does this look bad on the company but also negatively affects its customers. How can one man manage in-store orders and Uber Eats orders?
Please have your staff wear gloves. I shouldn’t see a man touching the fruit that’s going into my açaí bowl with his bare hands.
The employee, with the braids who worked the day shift on Tuesday, January 30, 2024 is slow as molasses, no sense of urgency or motivation. I waited an excessive amount of time for my order, that I literally had to leave. If I saw it through, I would have been there for half an hour waiting on 1 smoothie. Get this man some help and he should probably look for a second career.
would leave 0 stars if possible. twice now, I have ordered from this location using the app, and when I go by, they are closed. lights out, door locked, and it's 8am. An HOUR into your advertised hours - no sign on the door. All smoothie king customer service things say to contact the store, and yet the store refuses to answer their phone. I went by a second time just to get my money back - still closed. Yet fully open at 5PM and won't answer the phone. I haven't gotten a response from any customer service emails - I don't want to wait a month to be reimbursed like last time. This is blatant thievery - I will never visit this location again. You should really have your employees confirm orders rather than auto-confirm. Otherwise you're just stealing.
Worst customer service experience! Only one stuff working, the other was hanging out in the back the whole time. Never coming back to this location.
Place my order online. Once I arrived two people waiting and one associate. I waited for almost 30 minutes. The associate was trying to keep up but the quality and cleanliness was impacted greatly. I won't be back.
Order is never ready when you get there. They have gotten worse as time goes on. My last time there weren’t any customers when I arrived and my order still wasn’t ready.
I placed a mobile order but when I arrived, the doors were locked but I could see the drinks had been made. there was no sign on the door. I waited 15 minites and still no one opened the door!
Trash, Trash, Trash customer service! We were never greeted when we walked in. The employee at the register just stood there with his hood on & never said a word. Another employee walked around with her Beats headphones on while she made our smoothies & was speechless. The last employee held his phone to his face the entire time. He ignored us talking to him about being on his phone and talking over ALL the ingredients. I suggest driving the extra miles to go to Floyd Rd location where they have better customer service.
