Smoothie King

Horrible service! I was waiting for my smoothies for more than 30 min inside the store and they served other customers who came in before me.

Wow. What horrible service and poor attitudes by the two young male employees that have zero interest in being here or making things correctly in a timely fashion. 3 customers in the place and it took 8 mins to come get my order…. And then I watched as they gave 2 of those 3 customers incorrect smoothies. Place is clean tho.

Need more training on the new staff. I just got a peanut butter chocolate protein and can’t use a straw it’s not creamy like previous times. More ice than anything . I need a spoon or it’s a shake or ice cream. The best worker that makes them is this skinny African American girl but I have not seen her. Not coming here again

Store closes at 9pm, but today December 12 2023 the doors were locked by 8:40pm and did not let me in. What kind of service is this?

Very rude guy with zero customer service, no experience

Was at smoothie King and the customer service was a impeccable the young guy and lady working was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when helping me decide the best drink for me. Nelson showed great customer service skills and made my day!!

Another "not my first time here, but first Google Review" for this place! Have been coming to this place ever since their opening and whenever I am in the area. Customer service is excellent and they are always on top of their orders. Had a recent free 12oz smoothie for their Pumpkin Spice Power Meal in my rewards list and the staff did not mark it off my rewards list just in case I needed a free 12oz later on in the day. Smoothies and Smoothie Bowls are packed nicely and not overly messy. Pictured here is their 40oz The Activator Blueberry Strawberry smoothie. Need to get it in their biodegradable styrofoam next time.
