drive through takes an extremely long time

Extremely slow drive thru service. The was way too long.

I ordered 2 smoothies for delivery from this store. Smoothie king uses door dash for the delivery and they only delivered one of the smoothies. I called the store and…..wait for it…surprise! I was told to take it up with door dash. I always liked this store when I visited but I don’t think I’ll be back anymore.

Overall solid location, pleasant employees and fast.

I just want to share how much I appreciate and look forward to seeing Jared when I come through. He is ALWAYS smiling and has a great attitude. Jared is absolutely an asset to your company!!

I just visited your store for the very first time and sadly the last time, I pulled up to your store to go in an order my grandson a smoothie at approximatlely 8:35, the door was locked, I went around to the drive up the lights were off, I was able to order, after placing my order I pulled up to the window to pay and pick up my order, I waited 15 minuted (no exaggeration)while the 2 ladies inside cleaned blenders, mopped floors etc, in the meantime a line of cars is backing up behind me.If you are not going to wait on your customers, in a timely manner I suggest you you do everyone a favor and close your doors nor instead of 6 months from now. A successful business id built on good customer service, you folks are failing miserably!!

Dude taking my order asked me every 2 seconds if I needed help with the menus when looking at it like he was in a rush. But then takes 10 minutes to make the car ahead of me smoothies and just as long on mine. Maybe let the customer look at the menu ?
