man never in my life have i waited behind one car in the drive thru for almost 15 mins for a smoothie , get it together p

Always perfect service and products at this location! I am obsessed!

I will never come back to this location. For one how do you lose someone's order THREE times within 5 minutes. Secondly when I ask for no ingredients because of allergies that means DO NOT put them in my drink. The mistake of this place could jave killed my husband because of lack of common sense. When asked why my rewards were not taken off I received this response "hmm that's weird, I see it was scanned I'm not sure and walked away from me and never helped" staff clearly needs to be better trained and listen to what a custom says, their lack of training and caring could have killed someone. Use to come to this location often but will never step foot back into it again. Highly unacceptable!!!

The drink didn’t hit just like the used to be :(

I wouldn’t go back due to the customer service. A smile and greeting goes along way. I’m very disappointed in the service.
