HORRIBLE STAFFING & extremely rude. I typically refuse to come to this location due to the rude staffing but it was more convenient today. I’ll gladly drive to a different location from now on. Thanks Courtney C

I love going to smoothie king, partially because it was one of my first jobs years ago. This place is a great location and awesome to deal with. I appreciate their kindness and customer service. My smoothies are always amazing! I'll visit again soon! Those reward points suck you in.

Smoothies were made wrong but the manager responded promptly to my complaint and issued refund her customer service was excellent and very much appreciated as you would hope for I would give this location another shot:EDIT everytime in the last 2 months I have gone here they do not add the energy shot and the stevia I get the same thing 85% of the time last time the “manager” said she’d refund the money and give me a free 20 oz when I went In there to redeem my 20 oz she did not write my name down and acted as if I just wanted something free just ordered my usual smoothie and as usual no stevia I will not go back to this location this is a joke untrained new people almost every time I go super annoyed with this location

I'm a regular customer here and love coming here very much. Great healthy smoothies and smoothie bowls with friendly service! Download their app and order online ahead that way you don't have to wait for a long time and just pick it up in the drive-through.

If I could give zero, I would. This store flat out sucks. The people who work here are to busy talking about who’s dating who or whatever gossip is going on to do their job. My order just a bit ago had to be repeated. I never got my complete order filled. I won’t be coming back here.

I really love the location of this Smoothie King but the customer service is not good. I was mischarged for my smoothie and when I said something about it the girl at the window refused to fix my price. Definitely check your receipt/price before you leave
