Smoothie King

I have been a customer of this store since it opened in our area. It used to be great. Orders were always correct and service was wonderful. That has all changed. When I order through the app, my orders are almost always incorrect. I ordered yesterday only to arrive to pick up my order and find that they had left early- no one there. I was still charged on the app for the order. (This morning I was refunded completely.) I ordered again today-2 bowls and 3 smoothies. The bowls are made with the syrupy, soggy blueberries and strawberries, not fresh. It’s terrible. I can’t even eat it. I also asked for no chocolate nibs or drizzle and to substitute peanut butter instead. They did not do this. They also do not answer the phone. When calling it says it cannot take your call. So, I can’t even call the local store and complain. This all started about 3 months ago when management changed. There’s hardly a manager in the store and regularly new employees are left alone and have no idea how to make the smoothies. This is happened on three different occasions. I’ve walked in, and a new high school employee has no idea how to make the smoothies and they’ve been left alone with no training whatsoever. This place is an utter disaster. I want my money back for the two smoothie bowls I ordered today. Very disappointing as this location has potential to do great business. In contrast, this was my review 3 months ago: We order online from this store quite often. It is wonderful. The staff is so nice. The store is very clean. Our smoothies are always delicious. The bowls are my favorite. We are glad there’s a Smoothie King so close to where we live.

Came here on Sep 7, 2023 at 130pm. Please fire the dude and the white girl. She's training the tall guy and she doesn't know what the hell she's doing!! Please get rid of these MF they don't know how to do a simple job

The employees Dezhan and Megan are the reason I'm giving this place a 5 review. They were extremely personable and knowledgeable. I honestly felt like a valued customer. Because of those two employees I'll probably start visiting this store more often. Typically I go to a different location because I had a bad experience at this one in the past. But last Thursday I decided to give it another chance and I'm happy I did

Ordered online for my husband to grab our drinks. Mine was made wrong and the wrong size. No one even answers the phone there.

This is my favorite store in Columbia, the drinks are good and consistently delicious. Now the staff are what make the store GREAT. Not only are they friendly, but some take the extra mile in being quite the character. They are always welcoming too!!! Thank you, I hope their salary reflects their great service because they deserve it!

Wonderful supportive customer service. The manager Amy was super helpful with perfect suggestions for my needs!!! What a life changer!! I suggest this to everyone!!! It's not just a smoothie....it's medicinal!!!!

Great staff, quality drinks, clean facility. Very glad to have this location open. There were two young guys working today when I went and I believe they had a manager working in the lobby bc she was on a computer and incredibly helpful about my keto questions and navigating the website. If she’s a manager like I think then you definitely have a knowledgeable staff working this location. The guys were incredibly friendly and helpful as well. Glad to have this 3 miles from home I just wish it had opened during my pregnancy like it was supposed to but glad it’s here now.
