Sat in the driver thru for 20min and didn't move . I just left. No smoothie is worth sitting in my car for 30 to 35 mon

you're paying $10 for a single drink that takes them half an hour to make...? How it's possible to take so long is beyond me lmfao I ordered one of the basic ones and still took 36 minutes... holy moly there were four of us just sitting down waiting I have no clue how this is possible there's three people behind the counter hahahah in the same amount of time go to the grocery store, buy ingredients yourself, and blend, and wash. Cheaper AND would take less time! Never again.

I try my damndest not to come to this location after 3 bad visits, completely spaced apart I may add. Between HORRIBLE attitudes, long wait times, and everything else a young staff that’s not trained brings… but waiting in this damn drive thru that I CAN NOT get out of for 45 damn minutes, this is NOT OK. They didn’t even come to the damn window to help the cars that were waiting, you just wait longer… I made an order because I’ve been waiting so long and I’m leaving because service here is SO BAD I’d rather take the loss than lose anymore of my time. I don’t even understand how this location is still in business. I almost forgot, there were only 5 damn cars in line and the inside was empty. **Update** Copy and paste responses that don’t even address the issue… also didn’t even offer the refund for no product and bad service eh? Wow I think we ALL understand how customers are valued at your business. Cheers to you all

Something's up with this location. I'm a regular and I constantly see new workers who don't know what they're doing. Today I came through and ordered a 40 oz Lemon Ginger Spinach smoothie and after an abnormally long wait time they gave me what I can call a mess. The smoothie is insanely clumpy, full of ice, has a ton of chunks of whatever they put in it and is near impossible to drink with a straw. Wouldn't reccomend this location for the time being.

It is very unprofessional to close the store early. Especially when you have a neon light OPEN sign on. I can't imagine the owner is cool with losing revenue because employees want to shut down early. To top it off, the 3 employees working ignored me when I was at the door and drive through window.
