This place has not disappointed, the people are friendly, fast, and always deliver what I ordered. I have been to other smoothie kings and they either didn’t give me what I ordered or forgot to make my online order. And I have t had a bad experience here and that means a lot. So thank yall, keep up the good work and u deserve more recognition!
Every time I purchase a smoothie from this place it has no flavor. It tastes awful and it taste like the ice is funny every time. smoothie king is too high for the quality not to be great. Customer service is great, but the smoothies are always trash. Very disappointing
I visit this smoothie king frequently as its close to my gym. They are consistent with their smoothies (which isn't always the case at other locations) and even remember my name and order which is always a nice touch.
I just got here to get my smoothie the ladies were talking for like 10 min b4 the see me at the store and I asked for a 32 oz. And I get the cup 32 oz but the smoothie was for like the 20 oz bad service left the picture for you to see
Hannah, Al and Ben make a great team. They were very friendly and attentive. And if course the Hulk smoothie is Amazing
I’m a regular customer and lately the service here has been at its lowest. The young lady that’s usually there in the mornings made my bowls and this is not what I paid for. Very disappointed. Plus she’s always loud talking about the issues in the store, keep in mind there’s plenty of customers listening. Management please hold your team accountable.
I stopped by here to collect my Birthday rewards! 20 oz. Smoothie for $2! I had a little trouble redeeming my reward but a wonderful staff worker(very nice young lady) made it happen! She made my morning, thank you!
Walked in at 9:25 and the employees just looked bothered because I walked in 35 minutes before closing. Went to the counter to order an açaí bowl and they denied to make it because they were closed… I responded with they close at 10pm and they said yes but we can only make smoothies and we stop making bowls at 9:30. I said “okay it’s 9:25 so you can’t make it?” He said no we can’t. He decided to argue back and forth with me as to why he can’t make it. The time he spent telling me no, he could’ve used to make my bowl. The employee Bryan then explained he can’t make the bowl because he cleaned everything needed for it and didn’t want to clean it again and used the word “lazy” to describe himself. Until I asked for his name, is when he said he will make it. Terrible service.
