Smoothie King

Stunningly poor service. I visit Smoothis King often and this was so completely not like the service I normally receive. There was no line and still took more than 15 minutes to get two smoothies. The first one was ready, I said “thank you” and the person just looked at me. So, then I said”we also had the… smoothie”. She said “I know.” It took another 5 minutes to get it. At that time the only other customer to appear came up. I am stunned and writing the review in order to suggest customer service support for the two people working. And also just check on them to make sure they’re okay— the whole interaction was strange.

This place has good smoothies, though every time i come, regardless of if there is a line or not, it is very very slow. The workers don’t have any urgency to get out your order, so if you’re willing to wait this is the place.

I ordered the keto coffee and it was really tasty. I’ve never been here before since the line is always super long. I would try other things from there but I wish it wasn’t so dang expensive.

They were rude and made me tip them

Came to this smoothie king for the first time visiting from Texas and the young lady was rude to me because I did not tip. I really regret stop at this smoothie king, before I could even leave the mall, my stomach went into complete knots and caused serve diarrhea. I know the young lady did something to my smoothie because the young guy started making my smoothie and she then took over making it and had him go to the back. I put my head down looking at my phone thinking everything was okay and yet smoothie king workers did something to my drink which caused my stomach to go into knots. I will be filing an executive complaint with corporate. I am blaming smoothie king because this was my first meal I had this day and I was fine before I came here

I wouldn’t even rate a one star, the only reason I rated a one star is so I could give a bad review the wait is soooooo dang long the employees making the drinks are so slow there’s only 2 people working in back one steped out for like 20 mins and was on the phone and left the one person to make the smoothies there. I’ve been waiting 30+ mins for my one medium smoothie this is crazy . Now I have my smoothie and it’s not even that good like not even worth the wait. At all!

I really don't care for this location for some reason the smoothie from here doesn't taste good. Customer service is not good. Why is smoothie all on outside of cup and she didn't give me my receipt
