The “rewards” is a waste of energy not sure I understand what it takes to ever receive any benefits?? If the lines are long, I won’t go they are sooo slow (you’re making smoothies!!) and what drove me over the edge to write the review… I always they the same thing, a go go crunch bowl. They are filling it less and less and it officially not worth the $13 for the half bowl you are serving. Will NOT be going back. Businesses these days, ugh.
The slowest smoothie king I’ve been to. Took forever to have my order taken and even longer to get the smoothie. Not sure if it was an off day but was not a good experience.

I visited the Green Springs location on March 7,2024.I waited in the DT line for 27 minutes. Once I reached the window I remarked that I really wanted the smoothie to wait that long. I did notice the cashier did not ask me to make a selection regarding a tip(which was a first) but figured it was because of the long wait. After I pulled off I noticed that there was a tip on my ticket which I did NOT select. I pulled to the front and mentioned that I did not chose that a tip to be added and she immediately handed it me from the tip jar. No questions asked. So basically the employees now are selecting a tip amount to pay themselves when customers cards are presented. Be watchful!
Went to the Greensprings location on March 9, 2024 and HORRIBLE service. A 30+ min wait really. Figured ok they were busy.....NOPE NOT AT ALL. That was just for me to order. Once I was finally able to order, I sat at the window for about a good 15 mins before anyone even came to the window. No acknowledge whatsoever. Someone finally came to the window, but didn't say anything. Looked at me and went on doing something else. Never did get my order. I just drove off and went somewhere else. I will not be going back to that location.
The classic strawberry hulk is always good here. There was surprisingly no wait on a Friday afternoon. Service was fast and the inside of the store was pretty clean despite it looking like only one person was working at the time.
I don’t often leave reviews, but it’s staggering how long it takes me to get a smoothie here sometimes. This time is the worst ever. Been 20+ minutes. People are pulling out of the line.
Great smoothies as always! Excellent customer service with friendly staff and a welcoming environment. I made a mistake of ordering two smoothies thru the app and was given a refund with no problems or issues. 10/10 Highly recommend
Meesha is wonderful! She’s always sweet, helpful, & makes great smoothies. It’s hard to believe that she’s in high school, she’s always so professional. She’s a good asset & I hope she stays!
I’m not one to normally give a bad review but I do want to point out some of my frustrations and issues I have with this specific location on multiple occasions. Loud music in the lobby to the point I couldn’t hear the employee tell me I couldn’t order inside the store for some reason (it wasn’t posted anywhere that it was drive through only). Employees in general ignoring me completely and not taking my order. I’ve also had to wait 20+ minutes to get one smoothie when it wasn’t busy at all. Overall the employees attitudes here seem unprofessional and make me feel very unwelcome. I will not be coming back to this location and hope that there will be some improvement to the way the employees are trained to one do their job in an efficient way but also have a general idea of how to go about working in a customer service/retail/food industry.
