Phone doesn't work, they didn't make the right product.

Open after remodel and looks great and great service!

Should not leave teenyboppers unattended to work without management, went to get smoothies. The blonde girl at the counter looked at me, looked at her phone, turned her back to me, was typing went to the back room to giggle with the rest of the girls thank you smoothie king you save me $30 after standing there, no one came out to take my order Owners of this store should take these reviews to heart, and do something about the employees that they have chosen to work for them It’s your store name on the line for the bad service. I see why my son says see mom this is why I don’t come to this one.as we were walking out the door

It is very disappointing the last two days I have been craving smoothie king. I have went to the grove city location twice. The location was not open. I went there yesterday at 7:15 and I’m here not at 7:10am and they are not open. Hours on the door and website show 7:00am nothing to indicate they wouldn’t be open or open on time. Bad customer service and has to be bad for sales.

I wish I could give better rating but I was literally only customer and waited 20 minutes for a drink. Unfortunately last week a young lady was here asking for personal donations when I ordered. I’m sympathetic and gave few dollars but not sure that’s the place for that

Delicious smoothies and friendly service.

Our last 4 visits everyones drinks had zero taste. During one of those trips the employee opened the window and immediately begged for money to help bury her cousin who was killed at a bar. Highly recommend drinking water instead of going here.

Great service

I think they have to grow the fruit before they make your smoothie. It takes FOREVER. It is delicious; but I rarely make the trip because I don't have 45 minutes to wait while 3 other cars get served ahead of me. 15 minutes per car. Very nice and courteous staff. It just takes so long. Block out half of your day when you're ready to enjoy a smoothie.

I love the smoothies - but you know why your help is unfriendly? Because you do not give them their tips! Literally the person in the store muttered something when I paid. I didn’t catch it. Person in line behind me I heard quite clearly hit skip on the tip- corporate takes it. I contacted corporate and they said it was the owner of the location! They have no incentive to work as hard as they do. That’s robbery! I would like my tip back- it was not intended for you!!!!
