Didnt catch their names but the 2 people working there were very helpful, informative and pleasant. I had a bunch of questions and they were very helpful with giving me realistic answers.
This was probably the best smoothie that I've had from SK in all of Lee county.
Walked into 2 employees sitting. Not once was asked for phone # or acct. to upgrade my drink for free for Friday as they promote. I asked about it after the purchase and basically said too bad you got to tell me that before.
I hate giving low reviews on places being I know how the pandemic treats people in food service and how fragile snowflakes are. But I come in and order a smoothie, the guy behind the counter has AirPods in which is completely disrespectful, the floor has water all over it. And there’s at least a 20 minute wait for smoothies. I understand there’s staffing shortages and no one wants to work. But this is not how to run a business.
I’m trying to leave praise for the Estero location but it’s not an option on the Smoothie King website’s location menu. I just have to complement Dane and Jeanna for their excellent service. In addition to them making us great smoothies, they both went above and beyond with menu suggestions and their personalities make us want to keep returning back (we went twice in one day!) because they are so warm and welcoming. We visit a lot of SK all over the country and this is by far the best service we’ve had. My 6 year old son even said “mom they’re so nice!” Way to go Estero location.
Veteran owned business, hoorah! Manager and his sister are expeditious, and efficient as well as customer centric. All others working at this location are incompetent. They seem hindered whenever a client walks in, as they rather mess around gossiping. Cannot give a recommendation, even though I'd like to Edit: As a follow on issue, I came in today and manager (owners son) did not know proper operation of smoothie king app for payment resolution. Provided opportunity and resources to solve the issue, to which he replied "this doesnt affect our business". Order was cut to 25% of original order amount in Hope's of stimulating proper training for customer service and client resolutions moving forward. Will be the last time I personally come here, but hopefully this helps someone else.
7:37am on a Tuesday-closed. Their window hours specifies they are open and so does Google maps. Went out of my way-irritating.
