Smoothie King

Came to smoothie king on2/27/24. Order my smoothie from the drive thru and by the time i pulled up to the window my order was handed to me. Andres was there to help me and was very professional. He greeted me with a smile. I will be coming back and will try the bowl next.

Muy malo este lugar por Dios ! Juegan con el cliente faltas de respeto los chicos que están en la ventanilla , deberían realmente quitar este lugar! Muy malo el trato pésimo servicio , pésimo personal !

They didn't serve me well, they didn't give me the flavor I asked for.

My drive-thru order was not taken. I drove up and see if I could make an order at the window and saw two male employees too busy on their phones. I was not acknowledge at the window so I decided to go inside. I mentioned to the employee what had happened and he didn't even apologized or take accountability. I won't be a returning customer to this location. Avoid this store if you could.

I’ve had the worst experience when visiting this location. The young lady that’s always there in the morning is very unprofessional and on her phone while making the smoothies. She gets the sizes and orders wrong. Unfortunate and waste of my money if i’m not getting what i paid for. This is the 5th time now that my smoothie tastes horrible! I’ve seen reviews on this same employee and i’m really not sure how she still has the job. This location was great and reliable for me since it’s close to my work but the staff really ruins it. At least have workers that know how to make the smoothies.

I went here for a smoothie. They have new options called enjoy a treat. I purchased a strawberry kiwi breeze with the gladiator protein I never had this one so I wanted to try it. This one is higher in calories so I should have more of a fruity taste. It does taste fruity. I do recommend

love this location. always very friendly and fast.

My last couple visits have been disappointing to say the least. There's a new young lady working in the mornings the last few times I went. My smoothies have been disgusting, I guess she made the wrong size and tried to make up for it by adding water. I could tell the water was added afterwards because it was all sitting at the top and warm with all the ice at the bottom.

Waited 10 min in the drive thru and the people inside wouldn’t take care of me. After I accelerated I heard “give me a second” I proceeded to wait another 5 min. I then drive up to the window the girl inside makes eye contact with me and ignores me. I park my car go inside and she’s texting. Immediately takes my order and makes it. I then ask her why she didn’t take care of me in the drive through to which she responds “I thought you left.”
