Smoothie King

I pulled in to the drive thru at 8:55 and no answer so I pull up to window and the young lady working said “ we stop taking orders at 8:50 pm but the store doesn’t close until 9. I don’t think that’s company policy to shut the store down 10 minutes before closing SMH

I've been to a few Smoothie Kings around Dallas and it's suburbs, and I would like to say ( I may be a little biased) but my own home town Smoothie King is the best ! I had some issues with another Smoothie King in the area and went to mine in Desoto and got the help I needed ! The two employees that helped me, Keora and Haley, went out of their way to make sure my problems were solved! They showed me what the problem was with the other Smoothie King and I got what I was looking for ! Thanks to them I'll be a loyal Smoothie King customer forever! Especially at my home town Smoothie King! Kudos to Smoothie King for having such great employees! Great job ladies !

It’s been pretty good until i went today and got a 20oz Pineapple surf and it was some white string in my drink I’m pregnant and just wanted a healthy drink today it was good but when i saw the string in it multiple times i really didn’t like that

Go somewhere else it’s getting HOOD! Ghetto! Current manager is the problem! I just saw an employee stick a whole spoon or whatever in his mouth before putting in the sink. I need corporate number asap! I literally want my money back! I called manger before pulling out the parking lot for her to look at the cameras. She seemed to not care and hung up. Imagine how many times he’s done that. This place has gone down hill hiring ppl that genuinely don’t have customer service at all. Update I went back and the manger NYKIRAH IS A HORRIBLE REPRESENTATION OF SMOOTHIE KING !! As u can see she is now mad because of my complaints and MARILYNE TOOK MY ORDER 1min later she comes to the window and says my money is no good here. And refunds me as if she owns the building. And told me I’m no longer welcome at her establishment. I need corporate number asap please.

Very nice place

Service is horrible, I ordered on the mobile app and pulled in the drive thru with only one car in it and was told that my order just came through and for me to pull back in the drive thru in 15 minutes. Instead of going ahead and making my order like every other location if they not busy. When I came in and asked for a refund, all of a sudden she already made it. Which one is it? I asked while in the drive thru if they can go ahead and make it but she stopped listening after she finished talking. When I came in no one ever addressed me or spoke too busy with only a few customers. I’ll just go to the Grand Prairie location where I get way better service.
