This is the slowest smoothie king of mankind

Nobody seems to know what they’re doing. There were 3 workers and no other customers and it took them 20 minutes to make my smoothie, which was wrong. Horrendous service.

Irritated as hell! I go to Smoothie King 4/5 times a week - no exaggeration. I’ve done this consistently for over 4 years!! And I literally get THE SAME smoothie every time. I know exactly how it should be made. Today I spent my $11 on a 32 ounce smoothie only to get there and it’s disgusting. They had a long line so they rushed and left some ingredient out. So of course they remake and I watch carefully because I know the 6 ingredients. The man does everything right but leaves out the chocolate so I told him and he adds the chocolate. Now it’s time for the ice…the instructions clearly state a medium cup of ice and a small cup of ice. He grabs the large cup of ice and fills it really high, so at this point I’m thinking ok he won’t do the small too. WRONG! He fills up the small cup Too! It’s so much freaking ice that it wouldn’t even blend. Smoothie King TRAIN your people to follow the instructions exactly as they are. You can’t over ice then add milk the consistency is thrown off like this. Another $11 wasted as this smoothie tastes like sweet water you can see some of the chunks of dates in the smoothie because it’s not fully blended. The ONLY reason I didn’t have him make it a third time is because they were so busy. I’m going to have to find a new location because I can’t keep wasting time and money because the staff don’t follow the instructions.

2 worker in here. One has been on her phone mind you on speaker phone with her conversation being very unfiltered. So unprofessional. Needless to say I won't be back

This store is very hit or miss. The turnover rate for employees is high. Only half of them (if that) know how to make a decent smoothie. Today was my final straw. I ordered my usual smoothie this morning. They made it wrong. I asked them to remake it....they STILL got it wrong. Its just a bunch of young kids who don't understand customer service. Every time I go on vacation, I can always find an amazing Smoothie King....not so in Dallas. The location on Mockingbird is the worst though...

I think for the area this place it's located in, they need to hire people who work fast. I waited for a bit over 30min just to hear someone through the speaker, couldn't leave because there was a long line of cars behind me and more kept coming. Finally I placed my order and the person who works the drive thru, didn't know what I ordered and I waited another 15min. Overall, smoothie was good just took very long.

We chose this location because it’s close to home. The last couple of times we had the pleasure of being served by JT and she was such a great addition to this store. If the other employees could pick up from her I bet things would run quick and smooth. We have been there in long line situations and she maintains a positive attitude still does her best.

Worst smoothie king I ever been too they Service was trash the lady had no clue what she was doing

They told me they were close and it was 8:38pm and the hours say they close at 9pm

I come to this location basically every week and in more than one occasion, the store closes way before their closing time, while employees are just chatting, even when you get there 30-40 minutes before the closing time, specially during the weekends!
